Reflection: Traits of a good leader

a. What does a person of good character look like?

The person would look smart. He would also care for his friends.

b. How does one measure up to the description of a good leader?

The person must take initiative for one's action.

c. How would others say about the character of the students as individuals?

Others would say that he is kind, respectful and responsible for his own action.

d.In which area and how would each SST student like to grow and develop in his/her character?

I would like to be more independent and responsible.

The Amazing Race Reflection

I understand that we must use other forms of learning devices and not just stay in a class and reading off textbooks. We must have other forms to get information around the world and more co-operation with other famous brands so that we can learn more. It helps us in future as we would have more knowledge from around the world.

Team Building Challenge Reflection

I feel that working in a team gives us more confidence as there are more people who can support us. My interaction was OK as I contributed to the team during the Scavenger Hunt. Now I should give even more ideas so I could foster friendship faster. We must be observant of classmates who ain't saying much and ask them to participate more. Again, there was no obstruction as whole class supported each other in the activity which all classmates must stand on two wooden benches although gender differences.

My Reflection on Bridge Building Activity

1) I felt excited as we get to work with new people that I just met in school.

2) I learnt that I must interact and contribute more ideas. So in future group activities, I will try to work on these points.

3) I didn't really experience any difficulty working with this team as all the member worked perfectly.
